Paula manages both office and care staff. With over 15 years’ experience in supporting people with complex health needs, Paula is committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being. She holds a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership in Health and Social Care, NVQ Levels 2 & 3 in Health and Social Care and a Level 3 Certificate in Dementia Care safety and well-being.
Care Field Supervisor
Kelly has more than 20 years of experience in the care sector, with a strong background in supporting individuals with a wide range of needs. She is passionate about providing person-centred care, ensuring that every client feels supported to live as independently as possible.
Kelly has NVQ Levels 2 & 3 in Health and Social Care and is currently working on achieving Level 5.
